Reporting Players
Reports go to staff, who read every one. A report doesn't change anything by itself, so a clear report gets dealt with faster than an angry one. If you don't want to play with them again, use Report + block.
Where to report#
- In a game: the feedback button at the bottom of the game sidebar, then Report a player. The report carries the table with it, so staff can find the game without you describing it.
- In a lobby: Report on the player's seat.
- Anywhere else: Report player on the player's profile.
Each of these offers Report + block. See Blocking Players for what a block does.
You need an account to report, and guests can't be reported.
Picking a reason#
| Reason | For |
|---|---|
| Cheating or win farming | Fake games, colluding, stat manipulation |
| Abusive behaviour | Harassment, slurs, threats in chat |
| Inappropriate name or content | Usernames, avatars, deck names |
| Something else | Anything that doesn't fit, explained in the note |
Reporting AFK players#
One AFK game is what the idle timeout and Force Concede are for, so you don't need to report it. Report when it's a pattern: the same player walking off from lost games again and again, or deliberately stalling to deny wins. Use Something else and say what happened, ideally with the table name and roughly when.
What to include#
- What happened, in a sentence or two
- The table or game, if you didn't report from inside it
- Roughly when, if it was a while ago
What happens next#
Staff review the report and decide what to do. That can be nothing, a warning, or a ban for serious or repeated behaviour. You don't get a notification about the outcome, but every report is read.
Every Vote to Kick, passed or failed, is also filed for staff automatically, so a kick that was called unfairly gets seen too.
Bugs aren't reports#
If a timer didn't fire, a kick vote didn't unlock, or something else in the game misbehaved, that's a bug. Post it on the Forum so it gets tracked and fixed.
