Terms of Service.

TableCommander is a free, community-driven virtual tabletop platform for playing trading card games online. We provide tools for deck building, card searching, and multiplayer gaming. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

TableCommander is a strategy game tool only. No real-money gambling, virtual currency wagering, loot box mechanics, or prize-based competitions of any kind exist on this platform. No monetary value is assigned to any in-game items or actions.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

You retain ownership of content you create (deck names, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

Public decks may be viewed and copied by other users. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

TableCommander and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TABLECOMMANDER LIMITED and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Magic: The Gathering card images and data are property of Wizards of the Coast. TableCommander is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card images are sourced from Scryfall under fair use for gameplay purposes.

Our service integrates with third-party services including:

• Discord and Google for authentication
• Scryfall for card data and images
• Google Analytics for usage analytics
• Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse protection
• Patreon for supporter subscriptions

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Supporter subscriptions are billed through Patreon on a recurring basis and grant access to supporter-only features for the period paid. You may cancel at any time through Patreon; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for past billing periods or for partial months of unused access. Supporter features are provided in addition to the free service and may change over time. This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including decks or game history. We recommend keeping local backups of important deck lists.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLECOMMANDER LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
